About
As a native of Northeastern Nevada in the USA, I take great delight in photographing the vastness of the local landscape -- most often from the roadway. People drive through rural America and say, "There's nothing here!" But there is. The rural west has glorious mountains, wonderful long vistas, and fascinating old buildings that are on their way to vanishing. Enjoy the view from the pavement.

I love all your photos Jessica! The "Forgotten Home" and "Metro Gas" series both are special to me for different reasons. I can't wait to see what you do next!

Love your pictures, Jess. You are so good at everything you do! I especially liked the canyon pictures---makes me home sick.

Hi Jessica,
Wonderful work. I love the "Forgotten Home" series.

Impressive. I really liked the blues in Metro Gas and the Road Warrior meets Hwy 66 feel. Didn't realize there was more for quite a bit though - kind of slow that way:-) Forgot to scroll down and nothing else was visible on my screen but the repeating Metro Gas and music. finally figured there had to be more and happily wandered about. Beautiful work.

Naturally, the mountains were some of my favorites, natural themes being my weakness

I've only been in southern Nevada and found it kind of scary - no water makes me edgy, though it is fascinating too.
